Cala Luna is an open-air restaurant with an open kitchen outspread on a green lawn looming over the stacks and one of the most beautiful views of the Cefalù coastline.
The restaurant is praised for its Sicilian culinary tradition, characterised by the use of simple and genuine ingredients locally grown in the Madonie Park. A refined but casual atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details: candelabra, table centrepieces of pink bougainvillaea and ceramics from Caltagirone.
“Cooking is an art, it’s respect for nature, it’s music – says the chef, Nunzio Tomasello – Sicily on a plate” is not a trivial presentation of what this wonderful land has to offer, but a starting point where imagination finds its best expression. Our mission is to combine all the elements in order to find excitement in a new melody of tastes, aromas, and landscapes.“
