Most commonly these were purchased by American, Chinese, Israeli, Dutch and German buyers, generally between 40-60 years old. They either buy a house to use as a holiday home each year, or as a property to rent out. They generally seek buildings with a sea view that have boutique furnishings. These houses can cost between €2,500 to €6,000 per square meter.”
