Kentia has been welcoming customers since 2015, allowing them to enjoy a moment of refined taste experience in the spirit of the Japanese culture. A researched and careful presentation of the most famous Japanese specialities, such as sushi and sashimi, is made with fresh fish by chef Giulio.
The idea of combining the simplicity of Japanese food and the integrity of Mediterranean flavours comes from Nicola Peri, who has over thirty years of experience in the catering industry. The creativity of the cuisine is accompanied by a rich variety of cocktails and a prestigious selection of wines. There is the opportunity to enjoy the excellent sushi both at lunchtime- from 11.00 to 15.00- in the summer sun and with the regenerating wind from sea, typical of the main streets of the old town; and at dinner time- from 18.00 to midnight – when you can enjoy one of the beautiful sunsets on the pier, a few meters away from the restaurant, and the evening of a long night to be filled of fun.
